Puppy Love Event

Russ is busy charming the crowds!

Last Thursday Pet Haven participated in the first Puppy Love event in a prime skyway area of downtown Minneapolis. The event was sponsored by Sidewalk Dog and Bedtime Bones! Many, many thanks to Pet Haven volunteer Sandy and her husband for coming and bringing Russ and Millie!! Both did so well and just charmed the crowds. Two other rescues were there ... SW Metro Rescue and Pet Project Rescue. 

The amount of traffic that came through was amazing! The flow was constant for the entire two hours. By the end of the 2 hours both pups were quite exhausted and ready for a nice long nap. We had Millie (6 month old poodle) and  Russ (9 year old lhaso apso mix) representing Pet Haven and hoping they could charm their way into someone's heart ...
