Adopted Dog Monday

Sherman, the handsome lab from People 4 Pets in Iowa, found a loving home last week. He is living with a young man who fell in love with Sherman at first sight. Joe was so excited about Sherman that he visited him everyday at Pampered Pooch where he was being fostered until the adoption could be finalized.

Here is Keith owner of Pampered Pooch Playground giving Sherman a good luck hug before going off to the home visit. Thanks Keith for fostering Sherman and the many other dogs you have housed while we find foster or adoptive homes.

Joe's uncle, Dr. Fleming one of the vets at Plymouth Heights Pet Hospital, was at the home visit to help Sherman get settled in. Plymouth Heights works with Pet Haven to provide reduced fee vet care for our homeless dogs. Thanks to everyone there for all of your help. Sherman, you have landed a gold mine here.
